Zachary Shames will be sentenced on June 16 with a maximum penalty of 10 years. Right now, Zachary Shames was a student of James Madison University. He claimed that he developed the first spyware program in the year 2013 when he was a high-school student in North Virginia. After that, he continued to modify and market the spyware from his college dorm. The actual malware that Zachary Shames promoted was referred as “malicious keylogger software.” However, the malware appears to be called “Limitless Keylogger Pro” as reported by Motherboard.
